		Subscription Application
		Application for subscription is accepted online or, by fax or e-mail.
		Application Application can be undertaken online or, by fax or e-mail, making sure that the postal address, your name, phone number, title of the paper (magazine) you request to subscribe are clearly mentioned. We will send a confirmation invoice in return. Please give Furigana names for the address and name. In case the postal (receiving) address of an invoice differs from that of the product, please notify us immediately. After confirmation of receipt of payment, we process an order with the publisher immediately. Please understand that some papers or magazines require 2 to 3 months prior notification before subscription can commence, although subscription normally starts from the next month issue. A period of subscription is in one-year units in principle. Renewal of Subscription We will send you continuance confirmation(Renewal Notice) 3 months before expiration of the subscription period. Please inform your intention to continue or not, using the enclosed return postcard. It is advisable to contact us earlier, for renewal procedures of certain papers or magazines that may require time. A payment regarding renewal has to be made by the start of the renewed subscription period. Change and Termination Procedure Change of Address If you wish to change the postal address of a product or invoice, please inform of such change in advance. Certain papers or magazines may require a number of days to make such a change. Termination Before Expiration Please acknowledge that after an application for subscription, or in the course of a subscription period, any termination before its expiration shall not be accepted, and that subscription fees shall not be refunded in case our customer terminates prior to expiration due to their own convenience.
