<Acceptance Requirements>* Departing from “Japan” only

Live Animal (Pet) Must be in good health.
Mixed Breed Dog or Cat must be mentioned what kind of combination they are.

Between from receiving till handing over the pets, special handling such supplying food and water are no needed.
Please note that our Handling ends at the Arrival Airport (=Port stop).
Live Animals (Pet) Import requirements must be checked by own (yourself) in advance to either Animal Quarantine or Embassy in Local side.
Please prepare in advance for receiving your Pets before arriving to Local side Airport.
There are some countries where we cannot transport due to acceptance conditions and transportation restrictions.
Please prepare the correct shipping container suitable for air transport.
※"Brachycephalic breeds" Dogs are Not Accepted

Agree with this services are only available for Direct Flight from HANEDA and NARITA International Airports to final destination.
